I purchased a used vehicle for my wife at Dogget Mercedes…. The sale was a fair price. After the sale , the customer does not exist. They got your money and have no more use for you. If you don’t care about any follow up or getting you the stuff promised, they are a 3 star. Average

My experience with this dealership was extremely horrible. I needed to get a new battery & a new key. They STRESSED TO ME THAT I MUST SEND MY REGISTRATION AND LICENSE TO PROVE THAT I OWN THE VEHICLE. I sent 1) my registration, 2) Driver's license and 3) warranty paperwork in a sealed envelope. They never opened this envelope and continued to lie to me about not being able to contact my warranty company. Truth is, they never opened the envelope to receive the warranty paperwork. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership on July 6, 2020 and just received the vehicle back on July 28, 2023. After having the vehicle in my possession for only 2 days and driving it 4 times, washer fluid warning and engine light is on. Worst service department. Took 8 hrs for a maintenance appointment WITH San appointment at 730. Had exact service done at Sewell in Houston a year ago and was done in a max of 2hrs.

Great people! Nice mobile app to schedule services! Saturday service appointment availability! Unfortunately, even when you make a 9 an appointment for service, it might not get started until 2 or 3 in the afternoon and then they are up against the wall trying to finish it or complete the wash. They called me to come at 3:30, raced over and by 4 it hasn’t yet gone to be cleaned which would take 45 minutes. That’s a long time to sit and wait. They need to improve their internal communication between service, wash each and the service writer or their customer suffers.

I was surprised my car was serviced so fast. The last time it was serviced it took four hours.

Mercedes Benz always does an excellent job servicing my 2018 GLC 300 vehicle. I love how clean my car is after the complimentary car wash! They are very professional and attentive.

Service Department - I brought my Mercedes’ Benz into this service department for the first time. I needed a schedule B service and was informed it would take up to four hours to complete. I received my car 6 hours later. I paid for the service and upon receiving the car the engine and ABS brake lights were still illuminated. Bottom line is they are in the business to make money and will very nicely up charge you on your purchase if you're not aware.
