The sales experience at this dealership was not professional, the sales associate Deborah was not honest about features of this GLE-350. The sales manager Oliver Lacey was rude and he rushed me. He lied about running my credit more then once like we agreed to. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this dealership. I requested to speak to the supervisor of the entire dealership and didn’t get a call back for several months. The only thing good I experienced with this dealership is the service department so far. Kristy & the rest of the other 2 sales ladies did were great! The sales side of the dealership (Deborah & Oliver Lacey) were not a good experience or the best service.

I never has such a bad experience from a dealer. I bought my used 911 in December and I still do not have my title and car registration. Now its April. I have called and left messages without any return calls. As far as I know this car is stolen. I would not buy a car from these guys. No idea what they are doing and never communicate with me on progress.
